Harmony and Balance: The Rise of Bilingual Yoga in Tokyo
Bilingual Yoga in Tokyo combines the practices used to expose our actual nature with the total experience of our Spiritual Self. Self-mastery is both a science and an art, and it requires self-control, empathy, and contentment to achieve.
The poses, or asanas, that are so well-known in the West are only a tiny portion of yoga and are designed to be practiced in conjunction with a much larger conceptual framework.
